This is a throwback to the First Sunday comments on Pajiba. If you're still interested in the idea of why white entertainment doesn't have any racial weight to it, check out Richard Dyer's writings on white racial imagery. It's the idea that the white majority (in the U.S., at least) considers itself a non-race, unaffected by race. And as such, we then become the human norm capable of speaking for all people. Read a book or magazine article, watch a movie, listen to a news story or the conversations at parties -- it's everywhere. We refer to our black friend, our latina coworker, the asian guy in the movie, and everyone that remains unidentified by race is automatically assumed to be white.

Ignoring the warnings of others, Tom Cruise approaches singer Queen Latifah and attempts to "squeeze the black out of her".
That is the greatest thing ever. Why didn't she do us all a favor and off him?
I would have said Queen, but that could have referred to either of them.
I wish I had boobs as big as a man's head. Even if it was a little man like Tom Cruise.
