Speechless

I'm going to be out of touch for a while. My aunt, whose family is the only family I have in Massachusetts, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Friday. Her family and my sister are the only family I have in the US.

She was also my mother's twin, and obviously we're pretty devastated by this. My sister is flying in on Sunday, and my mom and some other family are flying in from Cape Town later in the week. It's not going to be an easy week, and while I'm always happy to see my mother, the circumstances are quite awful.

Regardless, it goes without saying that this will basically put everything - work, blogging, commenting, movie reviews, the works - on hiatus for a while.

Anyway. Hope everyone is well. I'll catch up with you all later.
